Thomas is a lawyer with a background in music studies, who developed his career as artistic manager, producer, and casting director in opera theatres in Chile and Brazil. He has an MSc in Social Anthropology from LSE, where he focused on performing arts organisations. He has acted as jury member of international music competitions, and has been invited as guest speaker, appeared in the media and written columns to discuss artistic programming, arts education, and sustainable management of performing arts institutions. He also worked as head of business development for an Anglo-American theatre and organizational company, where he focused on making organizations artistically and financially sustainable.

Francisca is an academic and writer with a passion for theatre, opera, and dance. She has worked on communication strategies and content creation for performing arts institutions and was dance critic for El Mercurio newspaper. As a Fulbright Scholar, Francisca obtained her PhD in Comparative Literature at the University of Austin, Texas. Her research is focused on literature and its engagement with performance studies. Francisca was Assistant Professor at Universidad Católica de Chile and now teaches at Westminster University in London.
Miguel Ángel Belmonte
Designer
Mile is a graphic design graduate from the University of Buenos Aires. He led the design campaign for the relaunch of Teatro Colón following its renovation in 2010 and has developed visual identities for numerous organizations in the performing arts sector.
With extensive experience across Latin America, North America, and Europe, Mile brings a unique global perspective to his work, making him an invaluable asset to TYB Arts. His international clients include Youth America Grand Prix, the world’s largest student ballet scholarship competition. He also runs his own studio, Mile Design.
